The Cancer Support Community’s Research and Training Institute and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) have joined forces to launch the Cancer Experience Registry: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. This initiative will help identify and raise awareness about the emotional and social needs that accompany a chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) diagnosis. Those who have ever faced a cancer diagnosis, whether just diagnosed, in treatment or years beyond treatment, are encouraged to join. Learning about your unique experience with CML will help shape the future of cancer care.
Visit the Cancer Experience Registry to sign up for the Cancer Experience Registry, where you will be directed to questions specifically designed for those diagnosed with CML. Your information is confidential and the data is stored in the USA. For questions, or if you want to request a paper copy, please call 1.888.793.9355 or email email@example.com.
